ok guys im having a problem here. i have naruto avi files rite and i when i try to encode it to mpeg2 with tmpgenc it wont read the file...so then i try xsilisoft..and it conversts but dvd lab pro will only take some of the files because it converts it to 60fps...and it has to be down to like 29 rite? but neways...so wat is the best encoding program that isnt tooo slow also...
