encoding stop@ 94%

    hey gang good tidings ,if you would reveiw my difficulty ,any help would be greatly appriecated.

    during my back-up process [encoding] every disk stops @ 94% ,my most recent error is as follows:
    failed to read file "D:\"
    the wrong diskette is in the drive
    insert %2(Volume Serial Number :%3)into drive %1

    Comment: this is in the early stage , before inserting a blank.

    you guys were awesome last time with probs I had in the past.
    Unfortantly since the last time ,i have had to reboot entire system ,my only regret is looseing video + photos i have not yet backed up,anyway i'm running version 3.2

    if this is a new movie try running though dvdfab first and than use shrink...

    so this happens with every disk?
    try ripping the disk to your HDD, then run the ripped folder thru FixVTS or VobBlanker, then shrink.
    if that doesn't work try reinstalling shrink.
