I have been using DVDFLICK for a long time and it used to take about 2 and 1/2 hours to convert a 2 hour movie.

    It now takes 17 hours.

I uninstalled and reinstalled - no difference.

    Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks, Attar,

I tried the orig version on an AVI file and it was ok.
When I downloaded the 1.3.0.6, and loaded the menu, the program froze (twice)

The file I have trouble with is Dolphin.Tale.2011.720p.Bluray.x264 - took 17 hours.

The only time I use DVDFLICK is when a file has subs.

I have also used Freemake Video Converter and just realized it also supports subs.
That will have to be my converter of choice, until DVDFLICK fixes the bugs.

It hasn't been updated in a year and the DVD Flick Forum hasn't been up for as long - so I don't expect anything more from that source.

AVStoDVD is very good and frequently updated.
