i recently got two starview 2 boxes one is fine but the other one keeps turning the screen green or pink or mixture of both and resets itself,this only happens in epg any ideas or should i send it back? thanks in advance!
This happens to me sometimes when I'm using the EPG don't know why, I've had mine for a while it isn't that bad it doesn't happen all the time and doesn't seem to be effecting The Box in any other way so I don't mind.If you bought it from a retailer and are that annoyed at it then I'd say bring it back.
thanks for your replies ,i have a lead for the pc but no experience in uploading firmware! maybe i'll have a go if the problem gets worse or more annoying.
