every time i log on to my comp. i get an error message.. i am on xp and it has only recently started coming up it is svchost.exe, please can anyone help...
Could be anything. There are like 15 instances of svhost running at any given moment. We need more details.
have you updated xp through windows update? also, try haveing a look on microsoft knowledge base. if the error gives you a article number, enter that into the knowledge base and go from their.
I think I can help you. Righ click my computer and then got to properites. Then go to advanced, then error reporting. Click disable error reporting and if "But notify me when critical errors occur." You probally just deleted a file and it isn't a big deal or anything.
