Error message when using Shrink

    I get this message when I use Shrink. It goes through the encoding and then as it starts to burn this pops up. Any idea? I reloaded Nero but still get it.

    Edit out your S/N before someone steals it!

    Try a couple of these and see if they work:

    (1) Defrag your HDD and run CCleaner. Find it here: http://www.ccleaner.com. Shrink is notorious for not responding well to a fragmented HDD.

    (2) Check for firmware updates for your burner.

    (3) Do not multitask while burning. Turn off any antivirus and antispyware programs if needed to free up some memory.
