error: this program requires the file advrcntr2.dll is not found on system (I downloded it, no fix)

    I downloaded advrcntr2.dll and put it in the system folder (where the website told me to put it) and the error is still showing!!!! what am I doing wrong?


    MAN! I AM FULL OF NERO PROBLEMS!!!!!!
