Try updating your firmware... you are one version behind... Yours is JWS5 and JWS6 is available. That's all I really see. You're using good discs from the looks of it.

Firmware is basically a set of operating instructions that tell your drive how to handle the disc based on the disc manufacturer ID. New disc come out with new ID's when improvements are made and if your drive doesn't have the ID in it's database, then it may not handle the disc properly.

There are a few ways to get your firmware... go to your drive manufacturer's website and look for your drive in the support area.
Or you could use a program called IMGBurn. If you don't have this program you should get it as it is a very good burning program that is free. Once you open up ImgBurn, click tools>Drive>check firmware. It will warn you that it's going to a website for your firmware, it's ok and it will tell your current version at that time. Then download the newest firmware and install it to your drive.
Always make sure the firmware your downloading is for your drive. Installing the wrong firmware can render your drive useless.

No, click on JWS6 . It is an ZIP archive that you have to download. Unzipp it, and you will have an EXE application. Before you run it, make sure you don't have any discs in your drive. If you have another DVD drive, disable it. Run the JWS6.EXE(XFlash) file from the unzipped folder, not from the downloade archive.

You should be okay. The disabling part is just a preventive measure,to make sure you flash the right drive.
