Euorvox problem

    Hi I have just got a eurovox, have tuned it in and recieved all the channels that I should get but,most of them break up and crackel any suggestions what to do please.

    Are you using it from the main feed or from a splitter ?

    If using from a splitter the signal might be too weak and you need a booster

    Hi Celtic71, it has been tuned in with booster and still no joy, anymore advice would be grateful.

    I should also mention,we have tried it on my friends tv and everythigs seems fine there, could it be anything to do with my T.V?

    Try it from the main feed and see if it helps , I would say the splitter is causing this

    Tried that too, still no joy, I'm now sending it back, just wondered if anyone else has had this problem with this box, worried about getting another one incase same thing happens, I had a starview before and didn't have this problem.

    If you tried it in a friends house and it works fine , then its your house thats the problem ,not the b0x

    Also , if you are in Dublin there are problems with this too and its nothing to do with the b0xes as its happening on the N*L ones too

    What version of the Eurov0x have you ? I just might need the latest firmware
