help can you run through a complete setup with me please

Make sure your cable is plugged into the RF Socket and not the antenna port


press menu > user Installation > pin = 1004
And post what frequencies are in the list

 

Yes its defo in the RF but I have two of these boxes so I am trying a powerscan on the frequency you said as the transponder problem came when I did the factory reset

 

i did a powerscan on th box that is not factory reset but only got one result

ch 0001 freq 363.000 sym 6887 quam 64

the original symbol was 6952

 

OK all is sorted now up and running again.
