help it say no signal what do i do plz help me

 

Make sure your cable is plugged into the RF and not the antenna port

 

yes it has gone in the Rf point i have power scaned and that's not worked so i am still stuck ????????????????????????????????

 

could it be coz there is a folt with my phone line and cable line that this is not workin right but when i have the normal box in itthat works fine i really not sure can u help
