If you have the 8% problem then YES the only solution is return to supplier

    Hi
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I have a Eurov0x 2008 I have it a month.
I have all the channels for about 2-3 hours when I first put my tv on.
Then all local channels & BBC channel go all blocky and jumpy that you can't watch them.

I would appreciate all the info I can get. I am not too computer literate so I will need instructions if there is any to give.
    Thanks in advance.

    Is it the Eurov0x Max V 2008 ?

If so then you be better of updating the firmware to KURO

You will need a null modem cable DB9F to DB9F.

    Null Modem Cable

    http://www.maplin.co.uk/Search.aspx?criteria=L71BT&DOY=2m6

If your pc does not have a serial port you will need a USB to serial port adapter to use in conjunction with the null modem cable.

    USB Adapter

    http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx...t10&doy=search&MenuName=USB to Serial Adaptor

These two cable links are only for reference as they can be purchased alot cheaper on fleabay.

All firmware/loader can be found in the link at the end of my post marked Eamos Library.

    Hey
That is such a pain as I bought it with the software already on it, and have bought a few of them for my family which are all fine, it just seems to be this one that I am having the problem with. I will see if I can return it as I dont' have the correct port to download the software.
Thanks so much for all your help with this.

It could be a problem with the cable provider in your area

    Hey
My cable provider was out and have checked my cable. There was a problem with my proper box. That is all fixed now. It is definetly the Euro-vox max box. The person I purchased it off is taking it back and he is checking the software on it. I will recommmend that he use the software you suggested.
THnak you so much for all your help
    you are very helpful
    Regards,
