EuroVox Max help please

Hi All,

I am pretty new to this, I have the above box but on certain channels like ftn and setanta i get a no signal message. Am I supposed to be able to receive these and if so what can i do to get a signal?

Im not sure about UK as I am in Ireland sorry

FTN could be off air right now but Set Sp should be ok

 

I use to get them but a few weeks ago they stopped working, everything else seems fine. When i first got the box i could not get any channels, i had to change frequeny from 6.885 to 6.887 and then it worked. I don't know if this is right or wrong.
