Hi all just a couple of questions about eurovox max box what are the benifits of updating the firmware? and If any channels are added to the box will they appear automatically or do i have to rescan regularly if so may i loose what i already have thanks Maz

thanks for info have only just got box and have latest firmware in it ,was just curiosity about firmware when and if any new firmware updates came out would i find out what they contained before i considered updating
I found a stable version of KURO two days ago which is newer than the Beta version I put it into my box yesterday and all seems to be fine. I had no need of sending a ch dump or anything. I was quite suprised at the fact no 1 had posted this firmware on the usual sites as it was released Nov 2007 so I have put on my 4shared virtual drive, you will find the link in my signature under Eurovox section, it is called: UFL_MaxV_Kuro_08.11.07 It might take a minute or two for the virtual drive to pop up as the server is not the best.
