I have a problem every game I copy to my PC's hard drive the image is 6.92 no matter the game. Alien Hominid does it, even though, I found out it only takes 649mb in size.
Also the problem is, my burner can't burn dual layer.

The method I am using is:
Copy the disc with Schtrom360XtractV3.1 via a Samsung SH-D162C drive, flashed with KREON 0.81.

I also tried with Xbox Backup Creator v2.3, exactly same problem happens.

When I try burning it fails because the image is too big.

alot is dummy sectors, are you unlocking the drive? did you select complete backup? for xbox 360 you have to burn it to a dual layer disc so ull have to invest in one, i use Xbox backup creator 2.3 and image burn and have had no problems to date! remember to set your layer break to 1913760, hope this helps?

    can you FTP?
if you can then read a back up guide for doing Xbox one games.
No reason for you to be using all of those Xbox 360 programs.

it will take longer but will save you money on wasted discs and time from the method you use now which doesn't work for you.

here is Xbox tutorials including FTP and game back up
