   my brother like to download and I put him on a limited account,but he still finds a way to install ares/limewire/and bitlord.
   Is there an softwere out there that can stop him.

   I'd simply tell him not to use those programs....or he doesn't use your computer.
   
   Otherwise blocking those programs can be done...it just takes some time to do it.
