I tried this question in other threads but got no answer. I just want to know if its possible to replace a Wii's mod chip for a different one. Like if a got a wiininja and wanted to replace it for a wiikey. Can this be done???

Of course it can. You unsolder one... solder in the other. Piece of cake.

Not all Modchips can be replaced with another.

If you replace a Winja then you need to replace it with a Modchip compatible with DMS/D2A and D2B drive boards. D2C Modchips can not be used.

So Winja to a Wiikey/Cyclowiz is perfectly fine.

Winja to a D2CKey/ARGON/D2Pro is not compatible.
