    Good Day!
Im having problems with my external hard drive. Whenever i connect it to my PC or Laptop, it will be recognized by both, but will not mount in "My Computer". I cant find a way in accesing my files. I checked in the device manager, and its there.

    Anyone have some suggestions?

    Thanks!!

Have you looked at it in disk management? you may need to do it there. (Right click 'my computer' Click manage click disk management. See if the drive is listed there. If it is but has no drive letter then right click it and chose 'Change drive letter and path..' The rest will make sense to you.
