    Hi,
I have a new laptop with the following specs:
    Intel Core 2 Duo T5600 1.83GHz 667MHz FSb 2MB L2 Cache
256MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300 (it says 512MB in the system details, so the extra 256MB is probably shared)
    2GB DDR2 Ram
    1280 x 800 Resolution

What I would like to know is how well will I be able to handle F.E.A.R.?

You Should do fairly well the 7300 is a more budget chip which is a bit less in performance by about 7% then the 2002 top of the range Radeon 9700 Pro.
The card is more like a radeon 9600XT.
I radeon 9600XT can run FEAR smoothly the 7300 shoulddo so too.
at taht resolution on high with no AF and AA you should get about 60-70fps with 16AF and 6AA you should be looking around 35fps.

If I hook up my laptop to my tv could i get 1080i/p resolution?
And am I right in assuming that there is no way to change the graphics card in your laptop?
