Hello All. I am having problems backing up my copy of star wars. I get a Failed to write error 50% through the ripping process. I had no problem with the 3 other discs that came with the trilogy just episode IV. I have tried it 3 times and I get the same problem. Thank you in advance for your help.

Are you ripping using DVDShrink or DVDDecrypter. If using Shrink try ripping w/ DVDDecrypter. This might be a bad press as on another forum people are having problems w/ the 4th disk

    Hi scottastr. :)

Someone who had a similar problem with Star Wars IV reported the original disc (R1 purchased in the USA) skipped when played in his set-top player.
That would point to a manufacturing problem.
