Since the beginning of January 2013, I have not been able to use FairUse Wizard without it crashing on me with the message "FU.exe has stopped working". This happens normally when it is about to combine the video and audio. I have the exact same problem on both my desktop and laptop. Up until this problem, I have had NO problems with it at all. I have heaps of space on my drives as I reformatted my HDD and reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate with only AnyDVD and FairUse Wizard on it to try to solve the problem but that wasn't it. I have an i7 processor, 16GB of RAM and approximately 1.5 TB on my operating system drive and a similar amount on my data drive. Both drives have been checked and defragmented. My laptop also has 16GB of RAM and an i7 processor. It doesn't have quite as much drive space, but still plenty and checked and defragged. I am absolutely frustrated and perplexed as to what has caused this. Can anyone help me please?
