    I have a fat PSP V3.5 and would like to use Custom Firmware. Any suggestions on what custom Firmware I should use in order to play homebrew, roms, emulators, video, music, photos, and internet browser? I have read many posts and most say to downgrade to V1.5, but I want to keep my internet browser. So I was thinking of going with 3.80M33. What are my options, or maybe I should ask, what is recommended? Do I have to downgrade to V 1.5 first and then to 3.80M33 or how does it work? I'm new at this and really confused, please help!!

    you can either use the downgrader that requires an unpactched copy of lumines or you can use the pandora battery and dcv4 option which will take you straight to 3.80m33-5 :)

    I've read about the pandora battery mod, I think there's even a sticky here, but what is the "dcv4 option"? and is 3.80m33-5 my best choice for CFW if I want all the options listed above? thanks for all the input.

    I can't find the game anywhere. my next option, I guess, is to use the pandora battery mod. Is the pandora battery mod less likely to brick my psp than the lumines game mod?

    Thank you 07anto07, I followed the link you sent to me and after receiving my pandora battery today, I'm now running 3.8M33-5. Now, my next mission is learning how to install Roms and Emulators. thanks everyone for your help

    @Avatar13,

    You can only downgrade with pandora. Use the Universal Unbricker sticky from the mod and firmware section. It will tell you how to make a pandora and get 3.71 M33 custom firmware,

    There is no good custom firmware ... just get the latest which is 4.01 M33, if you want more homebrew compatibility install the 1.50 addon
