Anyone else had problems using dvd decripter to back up final fantasy x2?
I already searched posts so i'm guessing no.
But i cannot back it up. No errors on read or write but says please insert ps2 disc.

    I have a version 5 or 6 ps2 with a mars2 chip.

I had exactly the same problem, seemed to rip fine with DVD decypter, but kept coming up with Please insert ps2 disk!
It was my crappy media that i was using, Packard Bell (I know but they were free from work, lol!)
Got some Verbatim and never looked back! They r expensive but second to none!
My guess is mate, get some decent media (Verbatim, Ritek etc) and ur problems will be sorted.
