I have been searching on this topic for sometime. And have yet to find anything on it. Does anyone know if it is possible to play the US version on a Pal Console. Will the HDD that comes with it even work on a Pal console?

I hope there is something on this. Would loading the original FF XI (US) disc with swap magic let it play ?

Thanx in advance for any help.

i don't think it will work.
    1. the hd will know its in a pal console
    2. the game disc will know its in a pal console
    3. even if you get this far, when you try to connect to the server, it will know your using a pal console

i dont think the hdd wouldbe a problem. the thing i see as the problem would be getting the game discs to work. and obviously a modchip is no good. im unfamiliar with how swap magic works, so im not sure if that would work or not.

as for the servers, i dont know if that would be a problem or not.
