I'm curious if anyone is aware of a way to recover a cd key on a disk. I have a copy of Uru:Ages Beyond Myst. I didn't think that I was going to play online... due to a messy room, I've lost the booklet that had the cd key on it. Are the cd keys just printed on the manual and not on the disk anywhere? Is it a lost cause, and am I going to have to buy another game to get a new cd key?

Could I say I'm from Aussie land and got a game without a cd key? 8)

If its really important, Id suggest looking in your registry under HKLM->Software->(maker of the game)

Then look for the serial. It worked for me with power dvd and battleifield 1942. Hope it helps!
