Just curious... has anyone done a mod for folding software so it can run on xbox? I want to fold with my xbox (to add it my my army ) I have a linux executable file to start folding, however I don't have what seems to be needed... a "default.xbe" file. What are these files? How would I go about creating one? (under linux) Can I get folding software to run on my xbox? thanks in advance!
Run it in xbox linux is your only choice.. a legit developer like folding aren't going to release an executable made with the illegal xdk I don't think it's worth it anyway.. you are never going to complete a module on an old slow machine like an xbox before others do.. So no credits :lol: Now.. if you were to cluster say 10 together and set them at it that would be a different matter.
well i got it working, and it is slow, but at least its doing something. I booted up xDSL on it, and ssh'd the files over and everything
