I have an external hard drive (160GB Iomega) that was NTFS formatted.
I had about 90GB worth of data stored on it.
Anyway, I was trying to copy a game from a hard drive loaded with HDLoader games. I was using WinHiip 1.6 and it wouldn't let me copy the game until I selected the [PS2 Format] button. After that when I tried to access the Iomega hard drive, I got a message about a file being corrupt. Then the hard drive lost it's drive letter.
Is there anyway I can recover the 90GB worth of data I previously had on this thing. I tried freeware PCI Recovery software, but when it reads the drive, it doesn't find anything.
    Any ideas?

Try to see if you can find a piece of software called "encase". preferably the "forensic eddition". I used this once and it recovers vast amounts of data (I think the law authorities use this piece of software over here in the UK).

I'll let u know if i find a link to it.
