Hi! I started my computer up the other day and the balloon poppped up stating "Found New Hardware". Now, I don't have new hardware and once it finishes starting up the mouse stops and the computer freezes. Now i took it into Future Shop as it's still under warranty, but the guy didn't even look at it while it was starting up (he was talking to another customer) and then just came back, said it was a virus and that they'd haVe to wipe my hard drive (which of course isn't covered if it's caused by a virus. Now I took my laptop back because I'm not convinced it really is a virus...Any ideas???
