No problem. Big problem! There are 3 major standards: 24fps (NTSC Film) 25fps (PAL) 30fps (NTSC Video) Difficult to determine what you are asking...? L8R
I am wondering if anyone could help me out in encoding this AVI file to MPEG-2 to turn into a DVD later. I wish to combine this abnormal file with other normal AVI files (with 29.97fps). I guess I have to turn it from 100fps++ to 29.97fps. But the problem is that I don't know how to Can you help me? Someone please help me.
