Frame Rate conversion VDUB/CCE

    Hi all,
to use CCE to make VCD, you need 25fps, but in VirtualDub, if you change the frame rate before frameserving, the audio goes way out of sync. Does anyone know how to change the frame rate and keep the audio sync? I ask because CCE is super fast, but appears very limited in what it can accept as source.
    Much Appreciated
