Free Cell Phone Service.

Does anyone know to get free cell phone service by phone or by pre-paid calling calls. Let's see how smart folks are in here.

 

Anybody with any knowledge on how to do this?

 

Only thing I know that can do this is "Chipped Phones" but I am still trying to learn more about it myself.

Apparently there's software out there that allows you to connect your smart phones to the Skype network and get free calls over the internet. I've never looked into it so I can't help you out with it.

offer free SMS messages, for the UK at least, has anyone ever used them?
