I have a LG 4120B DVD Burner and I copied two games, 'Smackdown: Here Comes the Pain' and 'DRIV3R'. But when I try to play them, SmackDown does not load a match and DRIV3R doesn't get past the main menu (the video does not play in the background). What could be the cause of this? I burn using Alcohol 120% by the Copy Wizard and I set the Protection to PlayStation 2 and I dont allow the image to separate. I burn at 4x on DVD-R discs which are blank on the top but it says, in small writing, 'ONID 4x'. They are ONID branded. Could it be that it is a cheap disc? Would anyone recommed LASER branded discs? What about DVD+R, are they ok? I have a really new silver PS2 which im sure is the latest version, but I'm not sure what mod-chip I have. I have played backup games on Princo DVD-R which work perfectly. Any ideas?
