Freezing IPod

    I have 2 ipod videos and they both freeze and now the one i have now will only turn on if it is pluged up. but when i try to play a song it just shuts itself off. Does anyone else have this problem? My IPod is only 4 months old. Any help would be appreciated.

    Try updating your firmware with the latest iPod firmware, found in the latest iTunes.

    or you could get them a blanket!!!!! j/k i had to do it, sorry..........
