I see separate listings from some sources for these. So what is the difference between a "full DVD" and a "DVD rip"?

    Cheers.

a full dvd is what it says,a full dvd 1:1 copy

dvd rip means it has been ripped(bits taken out)
the most common reason for this is to put the dvd-5 on a cd disc

I see, so basically no difference (except rips are usally smaller) for those who can burn either format, then?

    Cheers.

the only difference is not the size, but the rip wont have the cut scenes, just the game
