Hello everyone a little help needed please.
I am recording video using IUVCR a program which I love have never dropped a single fram using it. I am recording at 352x480 at 29.97fps using huffyuv 2.1 codec. My problem is that when you play the avi file the video is fullscreen but when I convert using tmpeg black bars are added to the video at the top and bottom. Is there anyway to get rid of these bars. My system if is a AMD 2400xp 512mbs.

The Black Bars are there so that the file keeps the correct aspect ratio, if you take them away and Play it at full screen everything will be Tall and Stretched out...To change it to Fullscreen in Tmpgenc go to the settings to "Video Arrange method" and Change it to "FullScreen"....
