Funny tracks on Nero's CD-ROM

    The CD for my commercial copy of Nero Burning ROM v5.5 has three tracks on it:

    track 1 Mode 2 form 1 length 176513
    2 Audio length 4649
    3 Audio length 4499

    On the audio player, the first one seems blank and the second is a buzz.

    Why would Nero contain audio tracks? I'm guessing this is some kind of copy-protection system.

    If I remember correctly, those are for testing audio ripping quality of the drive?
