So I noticed in all the descriptions that the G6-Lite has a rechargable battery, my concern is this.. Isnt the battery made to hold the Save files and whats the likelyness of that going out and does that mean when charge is over all saved data is lost?

As well is there anyway to extract the rom images off of the Actual carts using the U6-Linker?

I havn't had a G6 Lite for a long time (my old one broke) however I think the battery keeps the save only temporaily as it will copy it to the main storage on reboot of the console, if the battery does die you can still manually backup your saves by doing a soft-reset in-game and choosing the backup the save.

Last time I chceked there is no way of backing up your own games with the G6 or the Linker.
