hey,ive played games without any problems for a long time, then when i installed Thirteen it worked the first time after installation, but when i tried to play it today it starts flickering all over.In the menu and in game. any suggestions?
what directx version are you running, what is comp specs & game specs. is your video card driver upto date & is videocard fan spinning?
my specs: -Pentium 3 1Ghz -256 Mb Kingston Pc-133 Ram -Nvidia 128 MB Geforce 4ti -60 Gb Maxtor -Nvidia Drivers are 66.93 -Video Card Fan is spinning -Direct X 9.0c Game Specs: -Pent 3 700 Mhz or higher -128 Mb Ram -direct x 8.1 compatible vid card tried installing Theif demo and it flickers in that game too.when it flickers its like lines flicker ing across the whole screen.
try game & demo on a compareable system as yours to see if flickers there. check game site for patches & faq
the game works fine on other comps except mine.so i tried rolling the driver back to old reliable 45.23 and the flickering stopped.then the Theif demo started acting strange.the charachter would move on his own like if i had a joystick pushed forward, but i dont have a joystock installed at all..anyway thanks for the help
