if you have custom firmware then you get the best emulator wich is GPSP 0.9 but you need a GBA.bios. after that you put it in PSP/GAME/GPSP/ROMS/roms go here.

The file you need to get it to run is called gba_bios.bin, you can get it here.

gpSP and gpSP% go in ms0:/PSP/GAME150/

The gbs_bios.bin goes inside the gpSP folder.

If there is a roms folder inside the gpSP folder, then place them in that. If there isn't, then just place them in the gpSP folder.

I have done as instructed above but it is still not working, I keep getting a message that says

The game could not be started. (8002014C)

Any ideas? I am running version 3.52 of the psp software

That's because this is a homebrew app. You will need either 1.50 or a cstom firmware.
