Well... i just can't seem to get my copy of gone in 60 seconds to play in a standalone for some reason. I ripped all files, used ifoedit and stripped menu/languages to get the movie under 4.3GB (got it to 4.1GB), did the get vts sectors then burned it to a DVD-RW using Prassi Primo using this guide http://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/Derrow/primo.html.

The copy plays just fine in my PC with PowerDVD but when i put it in my DVD player in the front room i get a "no disk" read.

If anyone has in tips or idea's i could try i would be much appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Randy

Try putting the folder AUDIO_TS onto your disc aswell - some players look for this folder also. Just a suggestion.

I use Apple media (best there is) burn at 1X - no probs whatsoever.

Ya i have all the VOB's in a VIDEO_TS folder before i burned it, im gonna try a DVD-R instead of the DVD-RW i used, see if i get the same thing. It plays fine (auto starts fine in a PC, just wont start on home player) in my PC's, i will try a DVD-R disk and see if i get the same problem.
