It did not like the video files. What movie is this and what program did you use to rip the movie with?

If you would please tell us what movie this is it would make figuring this out easier. I'm guessing the log is from a newer movie with ARccOS.
It appears that AnyDVD did not process this movie correctly and you ended up with a missing VOB file. When Nero tried to sort or "reallocate" the files it failed because of the missing file.

Try ripping the movie with DVDFab Decrypter first or use Ripit4me.

AnyDVD and CloneDVD are made for each other and would also work.

No need to post the same log twice. I would like to see the entire log from another movie. I would like to know what the name of the movie is.

Try entering Crank into AD's search function and you can see the many threads about this particular movie.

I burned the "Movie Only" with what you used.

If you are trying to burn the entire Movie then try ripping with FabDecrypter first and then running it through Shrink/Autoburn with Nero. You could also use Shrink to make an ISO and then burn that with ImgBurn.

Saw 3, another Lionsgate film, is similar. This movie seemed tricker than most so I tried a couple of methods. First, I copied the Movie Only with AnyDVD/CloneDVD. Then I copied the entire movie by ripping with DVDFab Decrypter then Shrink to ISO. I burned the ISO with ImgBurn. I used Shrink's quality settings. It came out excelent.

@fasfrank, Notice the absence of DMA settings as in normal Windows log.

    From normal Windows log

I have noticed this missing in another Vista log
