I have a video recorder, that can record videos in .mov format.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any programs that can take the video and make it play frame by frame, or save the frames in bitmap files.

I am trying to edit a stop motion video with some friends. I don't need to edit it, just get the frames from the file.

I have a converter so I can convert them to any other format if needed.

If it was avi or mpeg then it could be loaded into VirtualDub and stepped through or each frame saved as a .bmp ('save image sequence'), but I haven't seen anything for mov files.
