Have some q's re cable boxes
-Whats the best one-am in Dub on NT
-Are the dbox2 (sold from DE) better for more technical users?
-Is Dig cable required or can it work from cable internet?
    -Are there boxes with HDD?
-What precautions do you have to take to prevent detection?
-Do the codes change freq? Heard s sprt wend down last week end for some people

Sorry if this is repeated elsewhere -I tried to find before posting.

How do you mean it can't update, the eurovox always updates. Is there something wrong with his box.Get him to put on the June software on the box and try it again.

From looking at other threads and here, it seems that most recomend the Eurovox Max and it will work from a standard connection so long as the local network is able to support digital-which is in my area.
So its off to buy the box on bay. Looking for recomended sellers-dont want to end up with a cloned box. So far it looks as if ukbargainhouse has a good following here-anyothers? You can PM me if you dont want to put it up there.
    Tks

Paul Ryan has gone to bed. Does not matter where you purchase as long as it a red one,(always genuine). Of course you will need to research it to get your best price.
