Gettting Online

    Hi,,,,wondering...anyone know where to get a wireless gaming adapter..the ones at best buy are over 100buxs~~!!!....and does it have to be a gaming adapter....my sons room is 2 floors about our office..and in order to share the internet connection we need to go wireless...unless someone else has any other suggestions...tyvm for your help

    if there's a PC wirelessly connected in your sons room, you could use ICS (internet connection sharing) option in windows to connect the ps2 to the internet through the pc. You'll need a second NIC and a crossover cable.

    NIC and a crossover cable.????...right now my comp just has a regular cable modem...is room is to far to use any sort of cord.

    well in that case you'd have to get a wireless network card for the PC. then you connect to the ps2 using a crossover ethernet cable using ICS. This isn't easy to setup if you're not technically inclined.
