Okay so i have a 256mb nvidia geforce 7300le turbocache video card (came with my dell computer) and i want an upgrade so i can play games like gears of war and UT3. Whats a good cost efficient card thats around $70-$130 preferably 512mb. Also a card that dosent make my games choppy cuz i hate that in UT3, makes it that much harder to play.

The 8400GS will work in your system, but you will have to run games like UT3 and Gears of War at absolute minimum settings, and they'll look pretty awful. There are relatively inexpensive graphics cards out there that can do a little better, but they will require you to also upgrade the power supply in your PC, which will make the total cost of the upgrade quite substantial.
