Got a new video card, now i cant see movies on my TV !!! HELP!!!

    P4 2.4
    640mb RAM
    128mb ATI Radeon 9600 PRO
    Ran bigfix, reinstalled divx, and in to video player will the movies play on the TV screen through s-video out... they play fine on the PC screen, but just black on the TV.... please help!

    Well I dont have a a video card capable of tv-out myself, but from what Ive seen, most people with this problem have their card set so that the output is only on their monitors.

    I haven't got an ATI card to tell you about the settings but I know a very good utility called TV-Tool which can fix your settings and get you out of trouble.

    Dunno about ATI cards but if i recall correctly (its been awhile)... make sure you actually (a) enable the TV out, (b) try selecting the TV as the primary output source
