it would help to know the file format of what you downloaded. a bin/cue file could be the end result, or another image format. if its one big file, chances are you need to download winRAR, wich opens zip, rar, tar and many other compression files.

Hi, I hope I can be of service...
The BIN and CUE files you were refering to should stay together in the same folder.

CUE File - Instructions for the burning application of how to burn the disk.
BIN File - The actual binary data to be burned to the disk.

You can use any of the following applications:
    1. Alcohol 120% - http://www.alcohol-software.com
    2. Daemon Tools - http://www.daemon-tools.cc

Alcohol 120% works best for me and it has a wide variety of similar files that is can create, burn and read. :)
