Recently got the Belkin B5DUK045 router and I'm currently undergoing a problem I know nothing about and can't find anything on how to fix.

I'm getting a full signal as far as the connection from my PC (using the adapter that came with the router, I might add) to the router, however, despite neither the software that came with it or the Windows wireless program saying as much, it appears to disconnect. I'll be browsing perfectly normally, and then all of a sudden a link will fail to load much in the same way as having no internet connection. However, it's not my internet connection, as the same thing happens when I'm going through the router configuration page.

Frankly I'm an idiot computer wise, so any help anyone could offer would need to be baby steps. Thanks.

Why don't you use the free phone help service of Belkin?
