H.264 DVD

Does someone know when mac osx tiger comes out?Because
quicktime in tiger will support H.264,a new mpeg codec
(mpeg4vs10),
that is 3X smaller than the mpeg2, for the same quality!! Or
even better.
Next year on all DVDplayers H.264 will be standard,that
meens that movies that you downloaded (legal of course),or
your home videos, are then 3times smaller then now.So 3X
more movie on your DVD (if i got it right)

Apple has said that they will release Tiger in the first half of 2005. Latest rumour I have heard is that it will be out around March.
