does anyone know what files i can delete on Halo 2 to make it fit on a 4.7gb dvd-r??
I thought halo 2 was like 3.5gb? I copied it to my HDD, and I dont remember it being that big.
no, i copied it to my HD and it was like almost 5000mb. thats why i want to delete something rathere than pay ing 30$ to get a 3 pack of 8.5gb dvd-rs.
You could try to find the xbox live data and delete it(since you can use xboxlive with a copy) and if that does not work, try to compress the video files.
thnk you for the idea man.but how will i know which files are xboxlive files?
You can delete the entire folder named "bink" and everything will play fine, you won't have the intro to the game, it will just say loading, but the game will play fine. You cannot compress the video files though, like you can with a dvd movie.
oh i cant thank you enough man that worked perfectly. you guys rock
how do you copy the games to your pc hdd
you must have a modded xbox, and you then have to establish an FTP connection with it. Check out the tuts here:
